We’ll provide the meeting space and the technology for you to effortlessly arrange one-on-one meetings with your current or potential new partners. All the players will be in town for HR Tech already, so there’s no better time to arrange for these types of meetings face-to-face!
How will partnering discussions happen?
A few weeks prior to the summit, you’ll be prompted to review the list of HR tech service providers that will be in attendance and be able to send a request to those with whom you'd like to have a 30-minute meeting. Additionally, you’ll be able to review meeting requests from others. Meeting requests can be accepted or declined by either party. It is OK to decline a meeting request if you feel the request is not a fit.
Our robust scheduling platform is designed to streamline finding potential partners and subsequently book meetings with them. It’s a great time saver.
At the summit, you’ll meet at the designated time with your selected potential partners for 30 minutes. You’ll access our scheduling platform to see your designated meeting times and to read the profiles of those you are meeting with.
